Spleeft continues to consolidate its position as the hub for VBT data
At Spleeft, we continue to move forward with a very clear idea: to become the central point where all Velocity-Based Training (VBT) data converges. In previous updates, we have already taken important steps in this direction, such as integration with iCloud for data management and synchronization, connection with TrainingPeaks, and the launch of the Action Extension to facilitate information exchange between apps and devices.
Today’s update reinforces that same vision.

Welcome to Intervals.icu
We welcome Intervals.icu as a new partner, joining TrainingPeaks within the ecosystem of Spleeft-compatible platforms. From now on, by logging in with your Intervals.icu account (in settings), you can import all your activities directly through Spleeft for a quick and centralized review of your velocity data.

This step is especially relevant for coaches and athletes who already use Intervals.icu as their primary analysis and planning tool, and who can now seamlessly integrate their VBT data into Spleeft.
The data in Intervals.icu follows the same structure as in TrainingPeaks. Cadence represents the load on the bar. The data will be uploaded automatically when you sync data from your VBT device or when you finish a session on your Apple Watch. If you measure your running velocity with Spleeft on your iPhone, you will need to sync it manually.
Importing .xlsx files and direct compatibility with more devices
Another key new feature in this update is the import of files in .xlsx format. This functionality not only expands the data entry options, but also allows us to announce something important:
Spleeft is now directly compatible, without the intermediation of AI models, with more velocity and jump measurement devices, including:
- VelocityMatters
- OVR Velocity
- OVR Jump
This ensures that more coaches and athletes can connect via iCloud and synchronize their data with other platforms, such as Training Peaks. In addition to having professional data analysis. The import flow is the same as we have already described for other platforms such as ADR Encoder and Vitruve. If you have another VBT device, the data will be processed using an AI model. If you would like us to provide direct support to velocity up the import process, please send us the file via info@spleeft.app.

Additional improvements
In addition to these integrations, the update includes minor improvements to iCloud synchronization and velocity measurement, refining the stability and consistency of data recorded on both iPhone and Apple Watch.
Another step in the same direction
This update is not a change of direction, but another step in the same strategy: making Spleeft the central hub for VBT data, regardless of the device or platform you use to train and analyze performance.
We will continue to work in this direction, expanding integrations and improving data quality, so that coaches and athletes can focus on what really matters: making better decisions based on velocity.
