Terms and Conditions of Participation
Spleeft is launching its referral program with the aim of expanding its community of users among coaches and athletes of any discipline. We are committed to rewarding the trust and impact of those who recommend our app.
Below are the terms and conditions for participation according to the collaborator’s profile:
🟢 Option 1 – Collaborators
Ideal for users with a moderate level of influence (amateur athletes, personal trainers, micro-influencers)
Referral benefits:
- For each monthly subscription obtained with your code:
→ 1 week free for the collaborator + 1 week free for the person who subscribes.
- For each annual subscription obtained with your code:
→ 1 month free for the collaborator + 1 month free for the person who subscribes.
Content incentive:
- For each video in which the collaborator uses the app and shares it (following Spleeft’s content guidelines):
→ 1 week free code.
Additional conditions:
- Videos must show the use of the Spleeft app (barbell velocity or jump tracking) and may be used on our official channels (with prior consent).
- The collaborator will receive their free time directly in their account once the referred subscription or content has been validated.
🔵 Option 2 – Ambassadors
Aimed at profiles with greater reach (influencers, high-performance coaches, content creators with an established audience)
Referral benefits:
- Performance, feedback, or overall strategy.
- For each subscription obtained (monthly or annual):
→ 1 week or 1 month free for the purchaser (depending on the type of subscription).
→ The ambassador receives 10% of the revenue generated.
Bonus for monthly content:
- If the ambassador generates and publishes content using Spleeft on a monthly basis (following the criteria agreed with the marketing team):
→ The commission rises to 20% of the profits from subscriptions generated that month.
Additional conditions:
- The content must be published on relevant social networks or channels, mentioning or tagging Spleeft, and showing the actual use of the app.
- The Spleeft team reserves the right to review and validate content in order to apply bonuses.
🔁 General Conditions
- Commissions are calculated on net profit (after platform commissions and fees).
- The program is cumulative and has no limit on active referrals.
