Today, we introduce our latest initiative to continue contributing to the development and implementation of velocity-based training in the daily monitoring of strength training for all athletes—a multi-athlete management system.
It comes with native compatibility with the leading devices on the market. Powered by the latest language models (LLMs), our system will be compatible with any VBT device.
When we launched our first version over three years ago, Spleeft’s motto was: #VBT4All. We wanted everyone to have access to an affordable yet precise tool to get started in the world of VBT. While we still have room for improvement, today we are opening up to the other side of the community.
Today, we welcome all those who already own a VBT device and want to take their data analysis to the next level—with an analytics system like never before. Whether you’re a coach or an athlete, our new tool is for you.
Everything we’re about to showcase is available for iOS, iPad, and macOS—optimized for each platform. For those using Android or Windows, your time will come soon. It all depends on the love this new update receives.
Athlete Management System
Since our first macOS version, you have asked for the ability to manage multiple athletes within our app. To address this, we introduced our tagging system. While it wasn’t the perfect solution for this task, it allowed for minimal athlete management. Thanks to advancements in artificial intelligence, we have taken our development to the next level.
From this version onward, you will be able to create multiple teams and athletes from the “Management” tab. You can edit their details and delete all assigned data. As coaches, we understand the importance of leading by example, so a personal profile remains available for those coaches who wish to use Spleeft themselves or for athletes.
The personal profile, with the appropriate permissions, will update your personal details such as sex, age, and weight to provide you with advanced statistics.
All jumps or lifts you monitor or import will be assigned to the selected profile.
Compatibilidad con dispositivos VBT
Many of you have started your VBT journey thanks to our tool. Some of you have taken it a step further by acquiring a more professional device—a natural progression. To ensure you continue enjoying our features, we have added support for files exported by different devices, currently Vitruve and ADREncoder. You can import them from the history section on any of the three platforms. If you use a different device, feel free to send us the file format you’d like to visualize with our tool.
Additionally, we offer the possibility for ChatGPT o3-mini, integrated into our application, to process your file and import it into our database.
We aim to centralize VBT data management, allowing coaches to handle all their athletes’ data within a single platform, regardless of the device or app they choose.
Advance VBT Data Analytics
We have improved our data analysis system to make it more intuitive and faster. A few months ago, we launched a new advanced insights page, which opens automatically at the end of a strength set on the watch and is available for all sets from the history section.
Now, we have made the Trends page more responsive. You can change the date range, exercise, and weight with a single click while the graph updates in real time. If you want to apply tag filters—such as viewing only right-leg data in Bulgarian split squats—you’ll find this option under the three-dot button.
Another major improvement is in the load-velocity and power-load profiles. We know that one of the most fundamental applications of velocity-based training is periodic evaluation of these profiles. That’s why we have significantly enhanced this section. You can now visually compare with previous time periods, adjust the graph scale, or apply a range-of-motion filter. We have also improved the KPI evolution chart. You can find all the details in our post about load-velocity profiles.
Soon, we will add the ability to compare your profile with athletes from your own team or category within your database.

Subscription Model Changes
To avoid causing frustration among existing subscribers or those who simply want to manage their personal data, we are introducing a new subscription plan for coaches. However, all these new features will also be available to all coaches who have purchased our annual Spleeft PRO package before the publication of this article, as a way to thank them for their support in driving our project forward.
To manage multiple athlete profiles, we will offer two plans. In both, subscribing annually will come with a 20% discount. Since the annual coach subscription requires a higher upfront payment, it will not renew automatically.
- Spleeft PRO: Our current subscription model. It allows access to all new analytics, but data can only be stored in the personal profile. Users can import unlimited files from supported platforms. However, ChatGPT usage will be limited to 5 files per month.
- Spleeft Coach: Includes the ability to create 10 athlete profiles plus your personal one. It also increases the ChatGPT usage limit to 10 files per month.
- Spleeft Big Coach: Allows you to create unlimited athlete profiles. Additionally, you can import 20 files from unsupported external platforms.
We hope you enjoy this new update! For those outside the Apple ecosystem, we encourage you to share our project so it can continue to grow, allowing us to invest in expanding it to your devices.
If you use a different device or own a VBT device company and would like to integrate with our platform, contact us at info@spleeft.app.
